That’s a really good question I wish more people would ask.
Niches that are popular among consumers are big money, but they also tend to have a lot more spaces where people are doing unpaid work, or where racism and other issues pop up. Skincare’s a great example. It’s HEAVILY driven by image and influencer status on the B2C side, but B2B almost definitely has a different dynamic going on.
Any popular niche like that, I generally recommend people stay away from credited work where you have a bigger chance of getting exploited, and look into brand writing, ghostwriting, or any freelancing skill on the business end instead of high-exposure work. Is that what you were asking?
